Romania is an EU member state. Delegates who need a visa can request an official invitation letter after completing registration and payment.

Insurance

The organisers do not provide travel or medical insurance. Delegates are advised to arrange their own cover.

Certificate of attendance

A certificate of attendance is issued to every registered delegate after the meeting, via the registration portal.

Non-registered guests, including family members and colleagues, cannot be admitted to any event area

Required for entry to every function and checked throughout
