Accommodation

Rooms at negotiated rates, close to the conference venue.

Booking

Where to stay

The conference secretariat is negotiating preferential rates with a selection of hotels close to the venue, across a range of price points. Booking links and rates will be published here once the venue is confirmed, and will also be sent to every registered delegate.

Bucharest has a large hotel stock and November is outside the peak season, so availability is generally good, but the negotiated rates are limited in number and released on a first-come, first-served basis.

Questions

About your stay

The recommended hotels are all within 20 minutes of the venue on foot or by metro. Exact distances are published with the booking links.

Of course. The negotiated rates exist to save you time and money, not to restrict you.

Most of the recommended hotels price per room rather than per person. Confirm at the time of booking.

No, but the negotiated allocation is limited. If your travel is certain, book early.
