03

By 15:00 on 13 November. Posters left after this time are recycled.

The format

Guided poster walks

Guided poster walks are led by a chair who moves a small group between six to eight posters. You will have three minutes to present and two for questions, so prepare a short spoken summary rather than reading the poster aloud.

A poster prize is awarded on the final day. All posters presented in person during their allocated walk are eligible.

Questions

Presenting a poster

Yes. A cardboard tube fits most airline cabin allowances. A local print service is also available if you would rather travel light.

Tell the scientific secretariat as soon as you know. Posters not presented in person are not eligible for the prize, but your abstract still appears in the abstract collection.

Yes, and we encourage it. Link it to a preprint, a dataset or your group page.

Only with your consent, which is requested during abstract submission.

Submit your abstract

Poster abstracts are accepted until 31 July 2027, with a late-breaking round in September.
